Terms of Service

Last updated: June 23, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, using the Flint dashboard, or selling through Flint checkout links, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Flint provides software and payment orchestration for digital sellers. We act as a merchant-of-record style platform for eligible transactions processed through our infrastructure. We do not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice.

2. No identity verification

Flint does not perform KYC, KYB, or identity verification on sellers or buyers as part of standard onboarding. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Flint and the products you sell comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and your customers' jurisdictions.

By using Flint, you represent that you have the right to sell what you offer and that your activity does not violate law or third-party rights.

3. Seller responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate store and payout wallet information.
  • Deliver digital goods or services as described at checkout.
  • Not sell prohibited items (illegal goods, stolen data, malware, content that violates intellectual property, or anything we reasonably deem high-risk or abusive).
  • Handle customer support for your products; Flint is not a party to disputes between you and your buyers except as needed to operate payments.

4. Payments and payouts

Customer payments are processed through third-party payment infrastructure. Flint does not hold funds in a traditional bank account on your behalf. Completed sales are reflected in your dashboard balance and may be withdrawn to the crypto wallet you configure in Settings.

Payouts are sent to blockchain addresses you provide. You are responsible for correct wallet addresses, network, and currency selection. Incorrect addresses may result in irreversible loss of funds. Flint is not liable for errors in wallet details you supply.

We may delay, limit, or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or legal risk. Fees, if any, are disclosed in the dashboard or at checkout.

5. High-risk use

Flint is designed for digital commerce and may support categories considered high-risk by traditional payment providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create excessive chargebacks, legal exposure, or harm to the platform or payment partners—without prior notice where required to mitigate risk.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flint disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific approval rates, or availability of payment methods in every region.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flint and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or crypto assets. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Flint in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or dashboard notice where practical.
